Urgent!! I have abscond a company and only worked for 4 months. Now when I checked my employment details by UAN number

.....those details are present but with no last working date. I'm currently working in a company after absconding the previous one. I've spent 3 yrs in my current company and I got offer letter from a different company.

My question is, will they check my details in the 1st company that I've absconded since there is no working day mentioned or will the only check with my current company?

Hypothetical situation: If I fill up the last working date then, won't they get any doubt on why I have only worked for 4 months or will they get the doubt and check with my 1st company?

Please guys, I need advice on how to proceed further.

BGC checks these days are extremely stringent. Gone are the days when only your last employer was contacted.

They will definitely check and most likely fire you..try to talk to the HR of 1st Company and settle the case by paying the penalty, i.e. Salary-in-Lieu of Notice period - it will solve this issue permanently.

Need advice.

Infosys has terminated me last month (May) and gave me salary for May but didn't give any severance pay and I have their asset (laptop & ID) with me so what should I do? Should I use ut as leverage or just give them?
