Urgent - How is Protiviti in comparison to EY GDS

Hi everyone I’m looking for a switch from EY GDS, experience of around 2 years (total exp as well as EY experience). Currently at 11.7 LPA working in Tech Risk. The reason I’m looking for a switch is too much workload, late night calls, multiple engagements to handle, working for 55+ hr plotting throughout the year. I got an offer from Protiviti- I want to understand how the culture is there. If it is the same as above as I described, then no point in switching.
