What was the % hike last year for 3,4 & 5 rating?

Additionally, the hike we will get in Aug. Does the hike depends on rating we received in H1/H2 of 2024. Or 2025 H1 rating will be considered too?

Oh shit. I better start preparing for interview now, will get easy 20-30% hike. Why is not everyone doing this though? If you know this is what CTS gives in terms of hike, why stay there and not move to a different org altogether?
