Urgent help regarding project In Northern Region

Hi all, I am currently working from bangalore location but my father is not well and want to relocate to nearby home,to make travelling easier to hometown. My manager have told me that he is ok to let me go for projects. Please anyone help me to get any project for me In Tcs having ODC at below locations -Delhi Noida,Indore,Gurgaon,Nagpur,Indore. I am ready to connect ..My skills are as follows.

Let me guess.. Your manager said "Find a project then I will release you"

It is a classic trap that we use. First of all no associate can find a project on it's own, you don't even have that level of connection. Plus there are a lot of vertical/horizontal unit constraints.

Ask your manager that if he is okay with you working from shared ODC..

Then raise a transfer request via Ultimatix. Ultimately transfer request matters.. at the end of the day we need to report to our DC.

As In my case I got a project and submitted medical also but both got rejected by rmg they are not giving transfer to anyone only option is to quit and find job in ur suitable location
