Urgent Help Please
I have joined KPMG just 3 days ago as I was told it is going to be a hybrid work model. After I joined I immediately got a call for project and I have been asked to report to office all 5 days and no mobile phone allowed inside ODC. Also, the timings would be 1-10 PM. I feel like I did a huge mistake by choosing to go for KPMG as I had other offers. Can I exit immediately and join the other firm?
If you still have other offer you can leave immediately only thing is may be you will not be able to join this company in future and I think now you never want too , nothing matters more than job satisfaction others you will be struggling everyday and regretting you still had the time and you missed it
I did the same thing I joined Accenture on day 1 but did. Ot submit any document and next day joined tcs.. if you haven’t submitted anything then leave.. you anyways won’t get any exp letter and you don’t need for 3 days..
Which project are you in?
If no PF account created, just exit. Upto 2 months gap don't have any issues. If PF created, then follow formal resignation, as you may face lot of issues like career overlap ( 2 companies at a time as per ur PF statement)
No worthy Man should suffer for a single day in his life, join other organization .. mention your reason of leaving as well as u were promised hybrid work model..
