Hi everyone,

I wanted to know that, once our earned leaves are exhausted, and it's okay for me if I take Loss of pay leaves, so for applying and taking LOP leaves also do we need to take permission from our Manager or HR??... Or can we apply it without asking them??..

There is one advance leave option in infyme. You can try that also.

Yes but only the next 1 quarter leaves only we will get, suppose I need 10 more leaves then??

Oh, in that case I think you have to talk to your Manager first

Yes you can apply LOP manager will approve even if he doesn’t approve but you don’t turn up it will automatically become LOP. So better apply and then drop an email with reason and how there is no other way

Yeah,, then in that case where anyhow LOP will be automatically created in case I don't apply, then I am thinking why to even inform to manager that I need to take LOP? 😅
