urgent help needed ‼️

hey guys need help I recently joined tcs two months back I got allocated to a project without my consent where the technologies are different none of them matches my skill set and another surprising thing is there are no one in the team except me from offshore there is only a lead from onshore he is pressuring me like hell that it’s been a month and not able to figure out on project things I’m new and still in learning phase only if I get stuck somewhere there are no teammates to help and expectations are sky high that if any issue comes in offshore hours I should debug and revert

what can I do in this situation my mental health is going worse day by day please suggest I need your suggestions desperately!!

If you resign during probation, you have less notice period like one month. Unless they changed that in policy.

I don’t want to resign
it looks bad on resume
I want to stay somehow for atleast one year

That's not true, in probation also they have 3 months notice period.

Plan1. Try to explain and had a discussion with your manager/HR regarding release but make sure that you get allocated asap(35 days policy) . Plan2. Start looking opportunity outside and resign.
