Hi All, I am currently working in CGO due to Non probabhition not comppeted so hence leaving the company.

Now i got an offer for some company and they are asking for resignation mail and all. But i dont have any official Resignation Mail with me and decided to join as well for less salary pay.

Now HR is asking the Resignation Mail. What should do now. Please let me know on this. Please provide me any suggestions.

Write a mail that you are resigning to RMG.. and then save that mail & share with your company… RMG won’t bat an eye

But in the ECMS portal showing as Prohabhition Not Confirmed . Will it cause any problem??

Talk to your supervisor. If cg is initiating your resignation they will surely help for a resignation email.
