Urgent Guidance Please: Is Staff Consultant (for MBA Fresher) at Oracle a Good role?
I am asking this for my sister, a Final year MBA student. Her college posted that Oracle will be hiring for the role of Staff Consultant (requirements are primarily in ERP and Finance). (Last date to apply is tomorrow by 8AM) The package is 9 LPA + little benefits. Is it a good role? I know the pay is good for a fresher, but I don't know much about the skills as they are no technical ones asked. Finance knowledge, ERP (advantage), MS Office. I don't know what the growth path is for this role. I would be grateful if anyone could guide me on this.
MBA with 9LPA, is that even worth it? Freshers without masters here get on an average 18-25LPA, I'm assuming MBA should get higher, right?
I am not really sure, that was the reason I posted this. Also her college is a Deemed University barely reaches Tier 2 I guess. But they are asking students to apply for atleast one opportunity now and if she got selected for one, she can apply next year only if the package is 1.5x her current offer.
