Trending @Capgemini; Urgent - Got to see approved leave without pay on replicon but my training batch starts from 6th may

I was in training from December , unfortunately my leg got fractured and I went into BTO and leave with pay. Now I got a mail on 30th April to join in Mumbai location on 6th May . Which is very short notice. CFMG person told me my batch starts from 6th May in mumbai location and told me I have to be present there anyhow. But in a table they have mentioned that my batch starts from 23rd may. Now I was checking replicon and my leave without pay was approved till 24th May. .I don't understand what's happening. What should I do?
