Urgent EY is good company - need suggestions

It is a good company to use the OL they give to get better offers from elsewhere.

Currently the Big 4 are operating in a hire and fire or contractual model. They do underpay as well unless you have an OL from elsewhere or you are in hyper demand field.

The company environment is heavily project dependent and the workload is pretty intense. So keep it as a last option.
