I agree with you 2 year back Accenture implemented wfo office police I mean base location one that time they had put more employees in pip... Now same thing suddenly mandatory wfo for 1 day/ week it's indication for again mass lay off in terms of pip

Hey im in Accenture if I get put on pip would I get to serve notice period after pip? Or time in pip counts for notice period? Say if I'm put on pip how long would it be? And after that do I have to serve notice period of 3 month?

Also if you are unable to work from Base location, they are forcing to resign
