Urgent! Could someone help me understand the terms and conditions to be ensured in a contract? It’s for a business role.
Company is offering a contractual role and the HR has shared a draft of the contract which is unclear to me. What are the components I should discuss with HR to ensure they are included in the contract? Compensation they have mentioned is a monthly fixed amount (I suppose it’s hourly basis for tech roles or maybe not, pls clarify).
