Urgent Company selection suggestion

I have a deltek company - 13.8 lpa fixed - remote option but shift is 5.30pm to 2.30am, 6% variable(sr.cloud SRE)

Then I have

Accenture - 13.5 lpa fixed + 0- 21% variable hyderbad location (currently I'm in pune) (windows scripting)

I have 4 years of experience, roles are SRE and automation.

Can you guys suggest to choose which one i should go considering all factors? How's the night shift for deltek, is it manageable ?
