Urgent BA or associate PM job

Hi all

My company has been really toxic. Have worked really hard since I joined here but I strongly feel that my managers are not supporting my growth. They are not giving me good rating on paper even though they give good feedback in one on one sessions. I strongly feel they want to promote someone else. Not been feeling like working since 1 year now. Need to switch. Have been applying to many companies but getting no response. Please help
