Need a bit of advice, I know I am gonna get fired in my current organisation. My manager told me they gonna hire someone senior. This is my first job, it’s taking a toll on my mental health that I can get fired anytime.

Not exactly but he said we misinterpreted the requirement and now we think we want someone with more YOE not a fresher
