Trending @Accenture; "Urgent advice

I got an offer, but the company wants me to join in 45 days, and my current company is not releasing me. I really want to join that company. What should I do?"

The amount of argument and discussion required to get 45 days release is pretty high, not everyone prefer that and it will.not be a piece of cake.

So ask your company you accepted offer from to wait 90 days else don't resign from Accenture until you have backup

Here the work pressure is too high and the salary is too low.

Hey u can try discussing it with hr that what if you pay the amount to release early or check if 2nd company is ready to pay for early release of urs in ist company..

That's the problem. My manager told me that he needs to find my replacement first and obviously HR supports him. And the second company also wants me to join within 45 days

Then try your best to search for a resource within Accenture as your replacement
Try search within your skill circle in workflow to refer those to your manager
Just try tour best whatever tou can do
