I was on billiable project for last one year .
Now , from 1 april , I am on bench because of cost cutting issue my project released me.
Will i get terminated? if i couldn't find any project within this month?
I am associate consultant B1 .
please suggest
Same thing happened to me, they released and I was on the bench from March 1st. No ,you won't get terminated
Are you also from Grade B ?? means are you also an Associate consultant or a Consultant?
I'm in A5 and as per my knowledge for grade B people within a month you will get calls for interviews and you will be assigned to some project
If an employee from B grade comes to bench ? then is there high chance of being terminated?
Depends on salary, if its high than average they might try to get rid of you. But don't take my words for granted I'm someone who joined CG last year only. So not sure, just making assumptions.
