Hey, I'm a recent joiner and a few days back I completed my stream training, now on bench I planned this trip in April keeping in mind that I just had to visit the office once a week and on bench there's not any task assigned to us.

But now I have my pre-planned tickets booked for Friday and "MY GOOD LUCK" my manager connected with me and said you will get Hardlock by Friday and expected to join from Monday onwards 🥲

What I'm supposed to do in this situation bcuz ill be out of town for Mon and Tues ?
If leaves taken, will it give bad impression to them, on the 1st day I took leave ?

Just talk to the manager politely. Onboarding on the client account will take first few days. Hence, you are not expected to be productive from day one. Your planned leaves wouldn’t be affected.
