Urgent | Gratuity Query - will I get before 5yrs

Will I be getting gratuity?

My Joining date is 07-Sep-2020 Expected last working date 31-May-2025.

If I resign today 03-03-2025, with 90days notice period, Service days will be 4yr 264 days including (weekend Sun, Sat, holidays)

I read 4yrs 240 days is sufficient for gratuity eligibility. But does this 240 days included of weekend and holiday.

Or actual working days of 240 day required, in my case I need to work 2more months and put paper to serve 3more months NP thereafter.

When can I get earliest release with Gratuity?

My company has 5days working days/week. Please provide correct information.
