Urgent- epfo office or contact in bangalore

Hi all I'm joining new company this Monday and I need few screenshot from the epfo portal . I'm not able to get otp to registered phone and if I fail to get screenshot then my joining date will change. I have called general epfo portal.. they are saying to call local epf office or visit one ... Anyone have contact for one in electronic citu or near jp nagar ... Please help as I have to visit TMR and solve issue
