Trending @Infosys; Urgent !!!! DSE billing compliance issue
Hi everyone urgent help is needed I am a DSE L0 waiting for progression to L1 total YOE 2.5 yrs my manager always informed that your billing should be good and should meet all criteria also LnC portal do not show billing rate for past 1 yr now so I just had to believe him but now when its actually progression time I came to know that my billing for apr to july is very less than 32 which is required and from july onwards its simple 0 billing. When asked him he informed he is also not sure why all this is happening and coming as 0 in the progression reports.
Really worried can someone please guide how to fix this and get the progression
Any help and suggestions would be highly appreciated
One thing i know is from that billing,
There is some calculation which finance team do as well in backend.
For l1 progression two case :
Either dna unit meet complaince
Or your last 6 month billing should equal to aspired (l1) role billing
1 thing boss. Make it clear to your manager politely that you will move out if he doesn’t give you what you deserve actually. If you are in DSE means you might have already cleared some tough rounds of interview which means you are a tough guy. Apply outside and get the new designation with a 30% hike and let your manager handle this properly.
Thanks for your motivating words, i made him very clear regarding billing when i joined the project as i was not getting proper billing in my last project so joining time only he said billing won't be an issue we have very healthy margin in the project and now also he is saying this cannot happen billing should be proper apart from moving out what can be done is there any way to get the progression in the qtr or i already lost it, i recently withdrew my esep and same manager got me some good increment
