Hi guys, so I’ve not been in good terms with my manager for the past few months, no matter what I reply she’ll always leave the message on seen. I was called for PIP to Mysore on 15th. Can somebody guide me how to claim the cashless option for Mediclaim in hospital. I have been admitted for appendicitis and I’ve come home for the same. Now the hospital is asking HR number. I’ve given them the E card and everything what else do I need to do so that I can go ahead with cashless. The claim department is asking for HR number for verification but even HR ain’t replying. Please advise me on the next steps. I can’t proceed with the operation without the claim and the pain is becoming unbearable daily. Somebody please help me out.🙏🙏🙏

No hospital will not ask for hr number and contact the mediclaim company I think medibuddy and write a mail to hr adding manager and dm and say the issue , if they haven't responded you go to consumer court also

U can directly show your e card to the hospital. They will start treatment immediately. If needed call to medi assist help desk. They will handle this matter provided u have your e card with you

Try Apollo they will do directly with medibuddy they won't disturb infy

Mediclaim - it’s a complete different process. Hospital don’t need to talk to HR for it as long as you have insurance and cashless card.
Issue with Manager and PIP: this is not related to your health issue. Get well soon and then take care of your work later
