Trending @Capgemini; Urgent - Need guidance for switch!
Hello folks, target audience for this post are the peoples who already did company switch and came to Capgemini. I'm seeking guidance for a switch. I joined CG as a fresher and it's been 2.5 years I'm working on a billable project. Whenever I try to switch, 90 days notice period is the main culprit limiting me to make a successful switch. Can anyone please share their experience or guide me on this ? Would like to know if there are any other factors that need to be taken into consideration.

With 2 years & 7 months experience I resigned from CG without any offer in hand. I just had a couple of interviews but seeing that no organization is willing to wait for 90 I decided I need to take the risk. So after a lot of thinking and onserving that I was getting calls but it was the NP which was deal breaker, I finally put down my papers. By God's grace I finally got an offer and now Im in a risk free zone. I would suggest, study the market, observe the frequency of calls and opportunities, talk to friends n family then take a decision that suits you best. Im not encouraging to take this risk, I'm just sharing my experience which may be helpful for others to take a wise decision.

Thanks for sharing this, looks like I need to be fully ready before taking this risk and properly consult with seniors. Also, I'm happy for you man 🙌 good luck ✨

Thanks! 90 Days notice is a scam so that no other company gives us opportunity and we are basically tied to current org.

I also wanted to know how to switch, i know it only been 10 months as A4 in CG but if there is any way to switch and increase my salary. Then I want to try that

For you i would say it is better to be in CG for at least next 2 years. Market outside is looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of exp (as per what i observed) and who knows what impact AI gonna leave in coming future 🫥🫥

Only thing can be done is resign and in remaining last 45 days start searching. Make sure you have all basics ready for interview.
Note - Just make sure that you are seeing posts in regard to your profile on LinkedIn or Naurki.
Ps- Mein Khud Latka hua hu bhai Bcus of 3 months NP.

Agree, risk hai to ishk hai 🙌

Instead of resignation, you can update your profile on some companies portal who accept 3 months NP such as TCS, INFY etc top 10 companies

Ishk needs risk

Take the offer from Infy or may be TCS first . Easy to crack .

What you were saying to HR when they were asking questions like below:
"Why do you resign without having an offer letter?"

Yeah this is also my concern, what if we say "other companies hr were not accepting 90days NP so I resigned knowing this will be the main factor"
