Background - Fresher, have completed 10 months now and I can’t take my project workload now,
I’m at the verge of getting admitted to hospital because of the stress I’m facing.
Any instant suggestions for getting a release or resign as soon as possible, without the need to go to office (serving notice period) and about money to be paid if applicable?
I’ve not completed the probation period.
Just inform your manager you need immediate release from project for medical reasons. No need to resign from company. Be on bench for some time to recover
Just resign and stop working after that. No one will care after that. Say bye bye after serving notice period
