Urge and fomo to apply to yc jobs despite having a good faang job.

I see 10+ yc hiring posts on linkedin everyday and the package is unbelievable 300k-1m with epic benefits, visa sponsorship etc. I already have a good amazon job in India that pays well and it's been only a few months since I started. But still idk why I feel fomo for these yc jobs, esp when some recruiters reach out to me for them. I'd switch but my manager at Amzn is really good and supportive, ensures I get a lot of exposure and has promised me asap promotions, which my other team members have also gotten already. Waiting 2-3 years and then the promoted role in the US pays the same as these yc profiles. How to control this urge to not apply elsewhere and appreciate my current job more

I'm in a similar boat. I love my job here at Amazon but was recently approached by too many YC CEOs and HRs. The offers are really great to be honest and I too feel the fomo. But, I guess my current manager and company are very good and supportive, and I have some kind of attachment to Amazon since I worked my ass off to get the offer, so won't be leaving any time soon.

I guess these are opportunities to make real wealth. If your partner/spouse can keep you afloat in times of "drought", the YC jobs are worth a shot. If you are the sole earner, then these situations are tricky and should be handled what best suits you . Also, these jobs come tons of responsibilities, so one can think of it as a growth or 9-9-6 job.
