I'm an 8-year consulting veteran, currently earning 18 LPA. I'm eager to transition into a field with significantly higher compensation potential, similar to what I've seen in tech (40-50 LPA with 5 years of experience).
Can anyone recommend fields that offer substantial salary growth (ideally 2x in 2-3 years)? Additionally, what courses or certifications would be essential to make this transition successful?
I'm open to exploring various options and willing to invest time and effort into upskilling. Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated!
