Trending @Cognizant; Upskilling as a non-technical associate

Hi everyone,

I know a lot of us are unhappy with the shithole we're in and are collectively working towards getting out of this firm.

I understand the tech folks, they can upskill in their respective fields to gain an edge from the competition, but for the non-technical folks out there, what's your game plan? Do you have one? Could you please help a colleague out by sharing that plan and helping us all work together to jump this drowning ship?
