I’m currently on the bench and actively looking for a new opportunity. Initially, I was transparent with recruiters about being on the bench and available to join immediately, but many responded that they are not considering candidates who are currently on the bench. So, I started mentioning that my project is ending next week and I’ll be available to join right after. However, now recruiters are saying, “Aren’t you from TCS? They have a 90-day notice period. How can they release you immediately? Can you show proof or emails confirming your early release?”
It’s becoming a bit of a challenge to convince them, even though I am ready to join without delay.
Even I feel like I need to put paper without offer
Without any offer I am thinking to put down paper I have given 3 interviews 2 is cleared with 1st round, 2nd round on hold
