I'm trying very hard to learn new technologies as I came into Tcs with non-IT experience, currently working in a service desk team member role and I came to know it is not going to help me to grow in my career in this project.

Any leads what should I do? Or next paths from this

Upskilling is the only answer brother. Consider obtaining certifications in trending technologies like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or DevOps, which are in high demand.

Don't refrain from spending money - do cohort courses and build skills, so that you can interview for coding roles
