I am in Bangalore from long years and working from Bangalore. I got offer from two company. I am little bit confused due to relocation issues. Kindly suggest me. What is better for me

Depends on your priority and stage of life to be honest. if you're settled and have kid who is school going then maybe blr is a better choice. CMS in lko is a great school where I've been to so I don't think good education would be a problem.
If you're single, I'd say bite the bullet and move to LKO. You'll save insanely good + there are good places to hangout as well.
