How can I update myself for switching to another company, when you are on bench for almost 1.5 year ??

If there is any basic and intermediate skill that would help in switching then just guide me about the platform and skill needed....

Nobody knows what you are doing in the company. So upskill yourself and show that you have worked in a project since the beginning

@Tester_Pavu never fake projects. During bgv companies go back and ask the previous employers to verify your job role.
The bgv runs into the Process for around a year.
