When do we get the updated compensation letter after the retention process is done? Do we have to withdraw the resignation first then they release it or before that?

Yeah I know, But I heard from PPL they are offering less than the offer.. so they are leaving the organisation..

Does the retain offer amount depend on total yrs of experience or on your current package they try to match with your new company offer?does they give 100% or more from the current package?

Ideally it should be matching or higher. Unless uou have other things to trade off you can settle for less.

Resign first, if they want to retain or not that's upto them or else 3 months notice period is too much for other companies to wait for
