Update on the Force Resign and other steps HR action implementing

Currently is there any force resign happening on the unallocates who are on bench for more than 35 days..? Also what new steps and actions did HR is implementing ...? On bench people and also the people who are on projects...? 12k firing.... So C3A and above people will get fired these days...????

Bench clean up is different, and senior retrenchment is different. Separate exercises.

For a feel of it, go take a walk near HR or RMG areas in your branch and see what is happening.

I feel C3B and above now based on hike announcement.. heard of two cases so far about bench cases.. infact not even 35.. 25 days..
