Trending @Cognizant; Update on PA to A Promotion and RTO Days Consideration

Hi everyone, Any updates on the January 1st promotion — specifically for the PA to A level? Also, could anyone please confirm from which date to which date the RTO (Return to Office) days will be considered? I went to the office for 9 days in September and 18 days in October.
