My TL starting got rolled from the project but her name was updated as people lead in rewards portals So everyone of my friends receive 11% hike and 16k VP and my rewards portals has not got updated and I confirm with my manager he said you too will receive the same, but still now rewards portal show no change and my people lead should be changed So my question Is that possible that I may receive hike and 16K VP without any update in rewards portals or else it should be updated at any cost then only it these hikes and VP will be paid?
Usually people lead should release the reward statement to their reportee but if PL haven't released it, by default the statement will be available on reward portal by December, even though statement is not released you will still receive vp along with your Nov month salary and your hike will be applicable on Dec onwards if you are ASE who have completed 1 year with Accenture
You will still get VP in your November salary on 29 November and statement will get reflected on 1 December on rewards portal.
