Update on Compensation Letter Rollout and HR Training
I had a discussion personally with our unit HR, with whom I share a good rapport. As per his understanding, the compensation letters are already ready. He also mentioned that last week the HR teams underwent training on the new compensation structure, anticipating a large number of clarification queries from employees. However, he is not certain whether the training has been completed for all HR teams across the organization.
So if the training is not completed till December that we have to wait until that ? They are just here to say reasons and nothing else.
Employees in tcs have adjusted to work without any support of HR. Even if ppl have queries in compensation there is not much that these Hrs can resolve. Better they release the compensation and let employees to figure out everything themselves as always done before. This is another lame excuse to keep things delayed by management.
HR ko bhi ghanta kuch pata hai. They themselves are losers especially HRBO. No one gives any attention to them leaders or employees. They only send WFO compliance mailers.

For regular activities they are taking more time , for this particular change it will take 6+ months. Good time pas for hrteam.
