Sorry guys to say that why you guys are waiting so regressely for 2% hike which also include gratuity and other components as well. I appreciate your patience but HCL is doing lot SCAM with their lovely employees like this, likes - Appraisal, performance bonus,EPB and EPF , etc.

Different news may be heard, but the letter is the only way to know exactly what we will receive. 📝
