Pope was having 30 years of experience. Remote hire has 2, tells 5 🤣🤣

6 rounds done, still waiting for 1 more round 🤧

4 rounds max, ending in no-hire. All my hire ones happened in 2-3 rounds max, max 2 technical rounds.

The pope was chosen after undergoing intense 2-day onsite recruitment process, during which he talked in-person, from morning to evening, with hundreds of people in the organization.

If the remote hire agrees to that kind of a recruitment process, they can join in 2 days 😄

For important positions, they do have a succession plan in place. My guess is that the Pope was chosen many years ago, but just announced now.
