Unwilling to relocate

Currently I am in TCS at 11 LPA, and I am getting an offer from a company with 24LPA but I have to relocate to Pune and my current location is Mumbai,

Any suggestions how to manage this as I am little bit unwilling to relocate

Its a good city , less crowd than Mumbai, more space you get balcony 😉 , dating or girls dont even think about it ; you might start hating the city , yeah and he'll lot less expensive

Unless there are family obligations and responsibilities, I would think for relocating, considering the hike and savings you are gonna have Also mumbai is just hours away, and after few years shift to a Mumbai Based job
