20LPA ke baad IIM se zyada expectations mat rakho. I worked in a team that typically hired from IIM and ISB only. Even IIM A/B/C grads came in with 20-25 LPA. Doesn’t make much sense after putting in 2 years and 40-50L on education. 2-3 years mein aapki salary 30L cross kar sakti hai even without CAT
Agar GMAT crack kar sakte ho toh woh kar lo. Personally mujhe CAT se koi RoI nahi dikh raha.
