Trending @Wipro; Unsatisfied with the first job role as an NGA
Hey, I am tagged in the comcast project as a TPSA analyst and all we do is schedule calls, talk to clients and write emails. The only thing that I'm learning here is communication and email writing skills(which I'm already pretty good at). I cannot see any economical future in this field for me, if there is please let me know and how do I move onto a better field of cybersecurity where I'll actually learn some technical skills so that I get a well paid job role in the near future? It would be really helpful for me if anyone here could help me sort these things out:)
You need to upskill yourself. Learn things from youtube and Udemy. Try to do more projects on the related domain you want to switch. Wait for the tenure rotation period which is 18 months in Wipro. Later get released from the project or try outside.
As per tenure rotation policy you need to stay 1 year I think, check it once. Then you can fight with your manager for release and go to different project. Till then you can upskill
