Unsatisfied skill development

I am a fresher and my company hired me as system triage engineer where u was asked multiple questions through 3 interviews but after joining the company all i am doing is filling excel sheets and i am not sure about what i can tell outside when I search for a new job also I don't know how to find a new job looking at the current market scenarios can anyone help me in this situation
