Unsatisfaction at Job

I used to genuinely enjoy my work. The problem was interesting, the learning curve was steep, and every day felt like progress.

Somewhere along the way, that changed.

Now it feels like the work is buried under layers of unnecessary decision-making, poor people management, and expectations that seem disconnected from reality. The focus has shifted from doing good work to navigating confusion.

It’s frustrating when something you once enjoyed slowly turns into something you dread.

Sometimes the work itself isn’t the problem the environment around it is.

At some point you start asking yourself a simple question: is it time to move on and find a place where the work actually matters again?

Working for money was and will never be fun.
Job satisfaction is a term we can use to talk around with rangoli idiots and managers who think they have awesome people skills.

People who claim to "enjoy working" are usually people who only delegate. Like founders and managers whose only work is to forward emails saying " please take care" or " what's the update".

Think of it like this- sky diving is fun only when you have parachute strapped to your back and you know that there is also a backup chite
For normal employees it's more like jumping out of a plane with the hope that you can find one on the way down. It's not fun. It never will be.

Agree. But the thing is it wasn't all like that yk. I used to enjoy but due to appraisal the manager has been acting weird. I don't give a fuck about appraisal i know the usual bs that'll be told. But there's a limit to everything
