Unraveling TCS Training: Why So Confusing?
So I just wrapped up my TCS training (aka ILP), and honestly, I’m still trying to figure out what just happened. 😂
Like, why does it have to be so unnecessarily confusing? One minute you’re told you’ll be working with Java, then suddenly you’re deep-diving into SQL or Python with no warning. And the modules? They sometimes feel completely unrelated to what you actually end up doing.
The timelines are wild too — sometimes deadlines are crazy tight, and other times they just disappear and you’re left wondering if you missed something important. And the evaluations? Half the challenge is figuring out what you’re supposed to prepare for in the first place.
Also, why do different batches seem to have different levels of difficulty or resources? It’s like the training program is designed to keep you on your toes... or just confuse the hell out of you. 😂
Anyone else feel like TCS training is a chaotic mess, or is it just me? How did you guys survive this?

TCS training is a mess, no doubt. Back in my day, we didn't have this tech nonsense. We learned on the job, not through confusing modules. Stick with it, you'll survive, but it's a flawed system.
