Unprofessional behaviour
Hi, I am from DevOps background and currently working in a project. There is one guy who is from HCL also working in that project. He was asked to give KT to me. But he speaks too rudely if you don’t understand things in one go. He uses words like bloody, get out of the project, you are not fit in this project and all. What can be done in this scenario.
Raise this to your immediate supervisor followed by HR
But he is from HCL not from TCS
Yeah that’s ok.!! But this has to be sorted out at leadership level to ensure health transition to complete, pls have email evidences for all and collect the entire KT related documents at initial stage.! Send a MOM after all calls as a record for discussions
You can raise it to the client if you are knowing client side members else raise it to tcs side and even then nothing works just reply him in his way shut his mouth. People like these think they know everything but in reality they don't know anything apart from that he may be doing so that you take release from project and he can do things for his company either way don't let him scold or insult you
Try to get it documented somehow
Not acceptable behavior from hcl guy. Do as per what other folks have commented above.
