Unpopular Opinion #3 - Just because you have a certain YOE doesnt mean you deserve a certain LPAs

I see several posts where people blindly suggest CTC numbers 2x 3x YoE.

CTC depends on your skills and the demand for your skills.

A support person with 10 YOE wont get paid the same as a senior developer with 10 YOE.

People get high CTCs because they upskill, change companies , and come out of their comfort zone.
