Unpopular Opinion - RTO

Once people start going to office like pre COVID time, RTO, Variable Pay linking with RTO, office hours tracking - these things with go back to business as usual. Like there would not be any more emphasis on these, and instead WFH could be like a leave type of thing that can be applied and approved by your supervisor. It could be fixed to a certain number per quarter. Any thoughts ?
