If we take unplanned and unapproved leaves during notice period(which of 90 days) does it extend the notice period to more than 90 days or will those leaves be counted as unpaid leaves, what is being followed in Accenture, any insights?

Unplanned leaves during notice period might extend it beyond 90 days. It's best to get them approved to avoid complications.

Even after informing Manager well in advance regarding planned leaves and he doesn't approves, just to get back at you for putting in the papers, isn't that wrong because of this the person has to extend their notice period which is already of 90 days
