Trending @Accenture; Unpaid ML IMPACT ??

Post end of your ML, they say additionally you're eligible to avail the Unpaid ML (Without salary) for 3 month(90 days). Please help to know its impact on overall. Will this be counted as extra more months off has been taken and hence returning mother will be less considered for projects. And is there any time limit after returning from ML, you have to find project within a month or two else they fire. Anybody has any idea.Please share.Thanks in advance to everyone for your great help.
